UW Health in Madison, WI is seeking a Specimen Control and Receiving Tech - Clinical Labs to join your team. You will receive specimens and research kits, verify labeling, and enter tests into the Laboratory Information System while routing materials to the appropriate work station.
The role includes basic instrument maintenance, clerical tasks, and daily interaction with pathologists, physicians, technologists, clinical staff, nursing teams and patients.
100% FTE, day shift. Scheduled hours are Monday through Friday with start times ranging from 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM and end times ranging from 3:30 PM - 5:30 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.
