Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills: email, web navigation, passwords, and basic Windows usage.

Responsibilities

• Collect biological specimens at client sites according to SOPs.
• Maintain chain of custody, proper labeling and sealing.
• Handle insurance verification for billing and process payments when applicable.
• Use ELR FLUID for sample submissions.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate with clients and management.
• Participate in required compliance training.
• Maintain PPE and safety procedures.
• Manage supplies and budget with RSM/ASM.
