Ethos Laboratories in Jonesboro, AR is seeking a full-time Specimen Collector to collect urine, oral fluids, and blood samples across physician offices and clinical settings. You will verify patient details, prepare specimens for shipment, and ensure specimen integrity according to Ethos protocols.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of accuracy when completing documentation and specimen handling.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently under remote supervision.

Responsabilités

• Collect patient specimens including urine and oral fluids per Ethos procedures.
• Perform anterior nasal swabs for COVID-19 testing when required by clinic accounts.
• Perform blood collection via venipuncture when applicable.
• Follow patient identification and specimen collection protocols.
• Label and package specimens for transport to the laboratory.
• Enter patient information into LIS/EMR as required.
• Coordinate with clinic staff to obtain missing information.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment and adhere to compliance standards.
• Represent Ethos professionally when interacting with patients and staff.
