Job summary

Qualifications

• Active California RN license
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• AHA Basic Life Support certification
• Six months of acute care nursing experience
• Effective English communication skills
• Ability to work variable shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Fire and Life Safety Card (LA City Employees only)

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care and administers meds and treatments per scope of practice.
• Develops and revises plan of care based on patient response and discharge readiness.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure quality.
• Communicates with patients and families compassionately, considering age and cultural factors.
