Southern California Hospitals is seeking a Specialty Training Registered Nurse to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans for a defined group of patients. The nurse coordinates care across disciplines, physicians, and support staff to ensure continuity of care.

The role emphasizes ongoing assessment, plan updates, and discharge planning, while advocating for patients and families and ensuring age-appropriate, psychosocially aware care across shifts.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in CA
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• AHA Basic Life Support
• Six months of nursing experience in acute care
• English communication proficiency
• Ability to work variable shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Fire and Life Safety Card (LA City Employees only)
• BSN preferred
• Bilingual skills optional

Responsabilités
