Southern California Hospitals in Culver City seeks a Specialty Training Registered Nurse to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in developing and implementing patient care plans. You will reassess patient responses, adjust plans, and refer as needed to ensure safe transitions across the continuum of care.

The role requires CA RN licensure, acute care experience, and flexibility for evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Active CA RN license.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current AHA Basic Life Support certification.
• Minimum 6 months of acute care nursing experience.
• Able to read/write and communicate in English.
• Able to work evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexible and composed in a changing environment.
• LAS Fire and Life Safety Card (LA City Employees only).

Responsabilités

• Provide professional nursing care and administer medications and treatments.
• Develop and revise the plan of care with patient and team.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate care across disciplines.
• Communicate with empathy to patients and families and plan for discharge.
