Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN degree required and RN license in California.
• 1 year acute inpatient RN experience in the United States.
• Excellent communication and English proficiency.
• Active California RN license (CA BRN) and BLS.
• Preferred: Specialty certification.

Responsibilities

• Completes Nursing Assessment at admission, at each shift and with change of condition.
• Develops Plans of Care with individualized interventions.
• Administers medications and IV therapy per policy.
• Documents care on flow sheets and chart forms accurately.
• Provides patient/family education.
• Coordinates discharge planning with Case Manager.
• Ensures safety and regulatory compliance on unit.
