Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessment at admission, per shift, and with condition changes.
• Develop and modify care plans with clear outcomes and updates.
• Administer medications and IV therapy per policy; ensure orders and MAR accuracy.
• Provide patient/family education and discharge planning input.
• Document thoroughly on all flow sheets and transfer forms.
