Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. is seeking a leader to manage the Specialty team and daily retail operations. You will drive profitability, merchandising, and compliance while developing associates and ensuring excellent customer service.

The role requires overseeing hiring, training, and performance while maintaining health and safety standards and executing store programs and initiatives.Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Leadership to ensure outstanding customer service and retail execution.
• Knowledge of products, buying, pricing, merchandising, and inventory management.
• Food safety certification or commitment to obtain within 6 months.
• Excellent interpersonal, motivational, team-building, and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to teach others and demonstrate strong product knowledge.
• Familiarity with regulatory and safety policies and procedures.
• Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and operation-related applications.

Responsabilités

• Holds ATLs, supervisors, and Team Members accountable for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Defines and develops clear expectations to achieve high standards of retail execution.
• Effectively delegates to and empowers ATLs and Team Members.
• Accountable for monitoring and achieving sales, margin, expense, and labor targets.
• Maintains proper product assortment, merchandising, and inventory control.
• Ensures products are cross-merchandised in accordance with guidelines.
• Ensures adherence to category management schedule and planograms.
