Specialty Solutions Software Engineer III SUMMARY: Under general supervision, the Software Engineer III provides advanced technical support and development for enterprise applications, serving as a Level 4 (L4) escalation point for complex system issues. This role designs, develops, configures, and supports software solutions while partnering with business stakeholders to improve operational effectiveness. This position plays a key role in supporting enterprise systems within a manufacturing and distribution environment, with primary responsibility for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), including Supply Chain Management, Production Control, Time and Attendance, and Asset Management (including warranty tracking, maintenance history, and preventative maintenance). This role also provides limited support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), including Field Service.

Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, or a related field and two (5) to five (8) years of related experience, or equivalent experience.
