PlayCore Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to partner with users across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Project Management and Operations. You will gather requirements, optimize business systems, and support strategic initiatives.

The Business Systems Analyst partners with users across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Project Management and Operations to identify opportunities for process improvement, optimize the use of business systems, troubleshoot issues, and support strategic technology initiatives. This position is responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, evaluating solutions, supporting system enhancements, and ensuring business applications effectively meet organizational needs.
The ideal candidate combines strong business process knowledge with technical aptitude and enjoys working in a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement, operational excellence, and customer service.

This position may require occasional travel to PlayCore locations to support business initiatives, application deployments, user training, and project activities. Travel requirements will vary based on business needs and active projects but are generally expected to average 1-2 weeks every other month, with flexibility depending on project priorities and operational demands.

This position primarily operates in an office or remote work environment with periodic visits to manufacturing and operational facilities. When working in manufacturing environments, compliance with facility safety requirements and personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines may be required.
Bachelors or better in Finance or related field.
Bachelors or better in Information Technology or related field.
Experience with financial reporting and accounting processes
Experience supporting manufacturing operations
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)
