The Sector seller is responsible for developing a sector-led sales strategy allowing Concentrix to address industries’ unique needs and to create deals that align to the prospects’ imperatives and solve their business problems. They achieve this though building a high profile within the sector/market through leadership and becoming a genuine ‘person of interest’.
They will develop a priority list of targets within a sector or market, and they will nurture these into leads and will then manage the opportunities from initial sales qualification, through pursuit to close. To achieve this, they will assemble and lead a strong multifunctional team for each deal, which utilizes enterprise solution support, practice area expertise and the development of productive relationships with key buyers and decision-makers at the potential new clients. This is a strategic, individual contributor role who brings to bear the best of sales at Concentrix, within a high-culture team environment, that positively encourages growth and development.
The annual base salary range for this role is $158,800 to $172,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
