Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Lead and hold others accountable.
• Effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Train and coach team members to meet Target service standards.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to support priorities and sales goals.
• Lead and develop a team of consultants with knowledge and passion.
