Job summary

Target is seeking a Specialty Sales Team Leader to drive guest experiences on the sales floor and lead a team of hourly associates in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will coach staff, manage daily workloads, and uphold Target's service standards while supporting store goals and promotions. A 18+ age and a high school diploma are required, with retail experience a plus. This is a full-time, on-site role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly experience.
• Train, coach and develop team members for performance and growth.
• Schedule and manage daily/weekly workload to meet business priorities.
• Lead a team of hourly associates, including interviewing, coaching and performance evaluation.
• Monitor store metrics and take actionable steps to improve results and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure adherence to safety, security and compliance policies across the store.
