Target is seeking a Specialty Sales Team Leader to guide guest experience and drive results across departments such as Apparel, Home, Baby, Core Beauty and Electronics. You will lead daily operations, manage tasks, and ensure product is available and well-merchandised to enhance the guest journey.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and guest service skills required.
• Ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Train and coach team members to meet Target's guest service standards and operations.
• Plan daily/weekly workload and merchandising changes to support store priorities.
• Lead a team of hourly associates, including interviewing, coaching and development.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and safety/compliance initiatives.
