Job summary

Target in Phoenix is seeking a Specialty Sales Team Leader to drive guest experience across Apparel & Accessories, Home, Baby, Core Beauty and Electronics. You will lead hourly team members, plan workloads, and coach staff to meet sales goals while maintaining merchandising standards.

Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, assisting with hiring, and ensuring backroom processes support product availability and store presentation.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate across teams and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience in guest service and leading store teams is preferred.
