Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Lead a team of hourly team members including interviewing, coaching and retention.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to support priorities and sales goals.
• Maintain visual merchandising and ensure product is easy to shop.
