Job summary

Target is seeking a Specialty Sales Team Leader to drive guest experience and store operations. You will lead a team of hourly team members, coach performance, and uphold merchandising standards to deliver sales goals.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and be 18+ with retail experience preferred. The role requires flexibility, teamwork, and strong customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Retail experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate scanners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Train and coach team members to meet Target’s guest experience commitments.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to support priorities and sales goals.
• Lead a team of hourly team members and develop talent.
• Maintain brand standards and merchandising across departments.
