Job summary

Target in Worcester, MA is seeking a Specialty Sales Team Leader to coach a team of hourly consultants, deliver best-in-class guest service, and drive sales across Apparel & Accessories, Home, Baby, Core Beauty and Electronics. You will plan daily workloads, manage schedules, and maintain product presentation.

You will train and develop team members, lead merchandising updates, and partner with vendors to uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience delivering guest service and leading teams in retail.
• Ability to coach and develop hourly team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of hourly associates to deliver Target guest experience.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to meet sales goals and priorities.
• Train, coach, evaluate and retain team members to improve performance.
• Ensure visual merchandising, planograms and pricing are up to standard.
• Collaborate with store leadership on vendor and brand standards.
