Bluegrass Stream LLC is seeking a Specialty Sales Executive Team Leader to oversee apparel, beauty, electronics, and related categories. You will lead daily floor operations with a focus on merchandising execution, inventory accuracy, and fitting room standards to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Proven specialty retail sales leadership experience.
Strong merchandising and floor operations knowledge.
Ability to analyze sales data and trends.
