Job summary

One Health Partners PLLC in Chicago seeks a Physician Liaison to grow specialty patient panels and build referral pathways that match patients to OHP experts and ACE therapies across multiple conditions and programs.

You will define target profiles with specialty leads, translate them into referral criteria and outreach messaging, onboard new sources, create provider guides, and monitor referral quality to close gaps between referrals and care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, life sciences, marketing or business.
• 3+ years in physician liaison, provider relations, or specialty pharma/biologics sales.
• Clinical fluency across immune-mediated and chronic conditions.
• Experience managing a territory with CRM-based tracking.

Responsibilities

• Define target patient profiles for therapeutic areas.
• Translate profiles into referral criteria and messaging.
• Monitor referral quality and flag mismatches.
• Build referral pathways between OHP specialties.
• Partner with clinic operations to embed referral triggers.
• Identify and close internal referral leakage.
• Develop tiered territory plans for referral sources.
• Explain OHP's specialty differentiators to referring offices.
• Onboard new referral sources with referral guides and closed-loop communication.
• Create provider-facing materials by therapeutic area.
• Coordinate peer-to-peer introductions, lunch-and-learns, and educational events.
• Report on referral volume and source mix by specialty.
• Align outreach priorities with capacity and service-line growth goals.
