Responsibilities

Assists with monitoring, tracking, quoting, negotiating, and contractual compliance for specialty products.
Communicates customer's needs with business partners to address their needs and resolve discrepancies.
Provides daily status updates to leadership on assigned accounts.
Recognizes issues to avoid service disruptions.
Maintains accurate records of customer documentation.
Assists cross-functional teams in audits related to transportation processes.
Supports business partners by uncovering and securing new business opportunities.
