Job summary

Saia is seeking a detail-focused professional to assist with monitoring, tracking, quoting, negotiating, and ensuring contractual compliance for specialty products. You will communicate customer needs, provide updates to leadership, and help maintain accurate documentation across accounts.

The role supports cross-functional teams in audits, uncovers new business opportunities, and contributes to a customer-first transportation service. Strong MS Office and transport software skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of less-than-truckload or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and transportation management applications is required.

Pay Rate

Pay Rate: $19.86 - $22.85 per hour, based on experience
