The Specialty Operations Pharmacy Technician 3 may contact physicians for prescriptions clarification and may enter prescription orders into the system. This role supports pharmacists and patients by ensuring adherence to Specialty Rx specific operational processes and programs developed to optimize health outcomes. This role includes effective communication with patients and providers. This role regularly exercises discretion and judgment in prioritizing requests and interpreting and adapting procedures, processes and techniques. The Specialty Operations Pharmacy Technician 3 works under limited guidance due to previous experience, breadth, and depth of knowledge of administrative processes and organizational knowledge.
Candidates MUST reside in one of the following states: Texas, Arizona, Florida, or Ohio.
Required Qualifications
Must have an active Pharmacy Technician license with the Board of Pharmacy in the state you reside
National Certification: PTCB (CPhT) or ExCPT
Minimum 2 years of Pharmacy Technician experience
Inbound and/or outbound phone experience
Strong data entry
Strong attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Required Work Schedule:
Training:
Virtual training starts on day one of employment and will run for the first 6 weeks with a schedule of 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern, Monday - Friday.
Work Schedule Following Training:
Shift will be 9:30AM to 6:00PM EST OR 10:30AM to 7:00PM EST, Monday- Friday

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$43,000 - $56,200 per yearDescription of Benefits
