You will connect with patients and providers regarding prescription status and support programs. The schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Ohio pharmacy technician license required.
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with patients, providers, and insurance regarding prescriptions.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls.
