The Home Infusion Pharmacy is responsible for the clinical management and dispensing functions for our Home Infusion patients.

Scope of Work

This position is for a compounding technician who will be involved in compounding TPN's, IV antibiotics and other therapies for Home Infusion patients.

Under moderate direction and supervision, operate in designated areas or job functions within the site location. Functions relatively independently and has some decision‑making responsibility. May interact with other departments and/or businesses outside of the pharmacy department. Enhanced knowledge/training of area assigned above and beyond a pharmacy technician. Participates in training of employees in the area of specialty.

Qualifications

• Required High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of relevant experience in pharmacy. Preferred
• LIC-Pharmacy Technician - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
