Reliant Healthcare in Monroe, LA is seeking a dependable Pharmacy Technician to support daily operations at our specialty pharmacy. You will assist with medication preparation, pharmacy workflow, billing, inventory, shipping, and delivery under supervision, ensuring accuracy and patient safety.

The role requires organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining regulatory compliance and professional communication with patients and providers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current pharmacy technician license, registration, and/or certification required by state Board of Pharmacy.
• Working knowledge of pharmacy operations and medication-processing procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and patient safety.
• Ability to follow pharmacist direction, established procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, fill, and dispense medications under supervision.
• Perform pharmacy technician duties within applicable laws and regulations.
• Support regional specialty pharmacy program.
• Assist with workflow, billing, and inventory using PioneerRx.
• Coordinate shipping and delivery of medications.
• Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation.
