Job summary

Reliant Healthcare in Monroe, LA is seeking an experienced Lead Pharmacy Technician to support daily pharmacy operations. You will coordinate workflow, monitor queues, and help with scheduling and reporting while coaching and mentoring technicians.

The ideal candidate demonstrates hands-on leadership, strong pharmacy knowledge, and a commitment to accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and workflow.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and monitor multiple queues.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists and pharmacy leadership with daily operations.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly pharmacy reports.
• Assist with pharmacy scheduling and staffing coordination.
• Review technician checklists for accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor workflow queues and address delays or deficiencies.
• Provide feedback to Pharmacy Managers.
