Qualifications

• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy; licensed in MA.
• 1+ year as pharmacy manager; 5+ years preferred.
• Experience in both retail and clinical pharmacy settings.

Responsibilities

• Plans and manages the pharmacy in compliance with all laws and regulations.
• Builds a high-quality, service-oriented pharmacy team.
• Directs, coordinates, and evaluates staff; hires and trains employees.
• Ensures staff training and competency; oversees performance and policy adherence.
• Collaborates with hospital partners to develop clinical programs and adherence initiatives.
• Oversees inventory and record-keeping systems; ensures quality and cost effectiveness.
