Job summary

VytlOne seeks an Inpatient Operations Manager to support the Inpatient Director of Pharmacy in leading all operation processes within the system. This role emphasizes compliance with legal standards and driving service excellence across the JPS Health Network inpatient pharmacy.

The successful candidate will have at least five years of inpatient pharmacy experience, supervisory capabilities, and a strong technology background, with a compensation range around $80k–$85k plus bonus depending on

Qualifications

• Five years inpatient pharmacy experience.
• Familiar with all aspects of pharmacy and state/federal laws.
• Supervisory and operational management experience.
• Strong background in technology.

Responsibilities

• Assist Inpatient Director of Pharmacy to ensure optimal clinical services and compliance with standards.
• Ensure performance goals and service expectations are met in collaboration with JPS personnel.
• Develop, review and update policy guidelines and procedures.
• Provide training for pharmacy staff and monitor process efficiency.
• Oversee inventory management and financial performance of the department.
• Prepare reports and manage records as required.
• Support staff timesheet accuracy and staffing/budget adherence.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with Texas State Board rules and accreditation requirements.
