Job summary

CPS Solutions, LLC, part of the Optum family, is seeking a Specialty Pharmacy Liaison to engage with patients, coordinate pharmacy services, and support prior authorizations at Lee Health Specialty Pharmacy in Estero, FL. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, 40 hours.

You will bridge between patients, providers, and the pharmacy, ensuring smooth communication, accurate documentation, and timely therapy initiation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Pharmacy Technician license in good standing in Florida.
• Recent work experience as a Pharmacy Technician.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact between providers, specialty pharmacies, and patients to facilitate timely therapy initiation.
• Coordinate prescription intake and referrals, ensuring accurate transmission of orders and required documentation.
• Support prior authorizations and benefits investigations, collaborating with payers, pharmacies, and provider offices.
• Educate patients on the specialty pharmacy process, timelines, and access expectations.
• Track prescription status and therapy progress, resolving barriers to access or costs.
