Qualifications

• Recent work experience as a Pharmacy Technician.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between patients, providers, and the pharmacy to coordinate services.
• Process prescription intake and referrals with accurate transmission of orders and required documentation.
• Support prior authorizations and benefits investigations with payers and pharmacies.
• Educate patients on specialty pharmacy processes, timelines, and expectations.
• Track prescription status and therapy progress, resolving access, financial, or logistical barriers.
