Job summary

Shields Health Solutions is hiring a Pharmacy Liaison, an onsite pharmacy technician, to support patients with medication adherence and personalized pharmacy services in a hospital clinic or hospital office building.

You will collaborate with clinic teams, educate patients, handle refill reminders, insurance issues, and assist with financial aid, while maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a pharmacy technician.
• Strong communication, organization and tech skills.
• Empathy, integrity and a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinic teams to deliver hands-on patient care.
• Educate patients on pharmacy services and assist with specialty and retail prescriptions.
• Conduct refill reminders, resolve insurance issues, and support financial assistance.
