Qualifications

Licensed pharmacy technician in the applicable state.
Experience with prior authorization and financial assistance.
Ability to work on-site in Pittsburgh, PA.

Responsibilities

Complete end-to-end prior authorizations for specialty medications.
Source financial assistance for patients to improve access.
Process pharmacy claims accurately.
Coordinate dispensing and shipping of medications.
Assist with medication ordering, labeling and verification.
Enhance patient experiences by answering questions and requests.
Serve as liaison among patient, providers, and pharmacists.
