Job summary

Sagent Pharmaceuticals in the United States seeks a Specialty Business Manager for the Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky and Tennessee territory. Residing in the territory is required.

The role focuses on achieving specialty product sales objectives, developing new opportunities, and supporting the team with effective account management. Responsibilities include regular in-person calls in urology and related specialties, territory analysis, CRM updates, and coordinating with physicians and clinics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience preferred or 5+ years in direct technical sales.
• Minimum 4-year degree required or equivalent sales experience.
• Knowledge of Group Purchasing Organizations and distributor vendors is highly desired.
• Must reside in the territory and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Routine on-person sales calls in urology/urogynecology/gynecology with product demonstrations and in-servicing.
• Proper call preparation, planning and reporting.
• Conduct territory analysis via CRM systems and perform territory admin duties.
• Maintain strong communications with targeted accounts and clinicians in the defined territory.
• Execute brand strategies to ensure a consistent company sales and marketing message.
