Job summary
Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative for the University of Minnesota area. You will lead demand creation, promote Amgen products, and share current clinical knowledge to KOLs and healthcare teams.
In this role, you will develop territory plans with the District Manager, deliver branded messages, support educational programs, and strive to meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring patient access and appropriate reimbursement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Associate's degree and 4 years of Sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare / scientific field that is not sales related
- High school diploma/GED and 6 years of Sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare / scientific field that is not sales related
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary customer contact for demand creation by executing marketing strategy.
- Promote Amgen products with current clinical knowledge and effectively communicate benefits.
- Develop territory plans with the District Manager and achieve sales targets.
- Service and manage accounts, ensure product access, and address reimbursement issues.
