Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in mortgage servicing or related roles.
• Strong understanding of escrow, billing, payment histories, and 1098 statements.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment; strong advisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Business Purpose Loans with high-quality servicing.
• Serve in an advisory capacity to customers to tailor guidance.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and texts for clients and third parties.
• Perform moderately complex administrative, transactional, and operational tasks.
• Generate reports and analyze data to support strategic initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and investor requirements.
• Leverage systems/tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Meet and exceed production goals with high performers receiving autonomy.
