The position emphasizes on-site collaboration, onboarding of new hires, and driving efficiencies. A bachelor’s or higher in business is preferred, with 3–5 years in mortgage servicing or collections.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in loan resolution, collections, or mortgage servicing.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
