Selene Finance LP is seeking a Specialist Loan Advisor to manage a portfolio of Business Purpose Loans, delivering high‑quality servicing and advisory guidance to clients and internal teams.

You will handle calls, emails, and documentation, generate reports, and ensure compliance with investor requirements while collaborating across departments to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in mortgage servicing, contact center, or related roles.
• Experience with escrow, billing, payment histories, and 1098 statements.
• Knowledge of property preservation processes.
