Qualifications

• 3–5 years in mortgage servicing, contact center, or related roles.
• Working knowledge of Business Purpose Loans (BPLs).
• Strong understanding of escrow, billing, payment histories, and 1098 statements.
• Experience with cross-collateralized servicing and partial lien releases.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Business Purpose Loans with high-quality servicing.
• Provide advisory guidance tailored to customers' business needs.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and texts for clients, attorneys, and third parties.
• Perform moderately complex administrative and analytical tasks.
