Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of cook experience.
• Able to stand and walk for the duration of shift.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Reaching, grasping, bending, kneeling and twisting at the waist as part of the role.
• Must obtain/maintain required licenses/certifications.

Responsibilities

• Receive and prepare food orders for a specific cuisine according to memorized standard recipes.
• Coordinate orders for pick-up.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstation and storage areas at all times.
• Control waste by monitoring rotation, storage and quantity control.
• Maintain inventory of station and order stock to maintain pars.
• Apply established safety and sanitation procedures.
