Job summary

Spinoso Real Estate Group is seeking a Specialty Leasing Manager to generate revenue through leasing inline stores, RMUs, kiosks, and other non-traditional retail in Springfield, PA. You will lead the specialty leasing program, manage the budget, and coordinate tenant setups while building strong relationships with tenants and internal teams.

This role requires 2–3 years in sales or real estate, willingness to canvass 1–2 days weekly, and solid negotiation and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
• Willingness to conduct regular in-person canvassing (1–2 days per week) within the trade area.
• Experience in specialty leasing, retail leasing, or commercial real estate is a plus.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close deals within defined timelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the Specialty Leasing program and budget.
• Prospect, identify, and secure new specialty retailers through active canvassing and relationship-building.
• Actively canvass to generate leads, build a pipeline, and communicate space availability.
• Negotiate and execute license agreements to meet revenue goals.
• Coordinate the setup, relocation, and breakdown of all Specialty Leasing tenants.
• Partner with Accounting to monitor billing, collections, and tenant sales reporting.
