Job summary

Pyramid Management Group is seeking a leasing professional to drive tenant acquisition for its shopping center portfolio. The role involves prospecting new retailers, negotiating competitive licensing deals, and coordinating with mall managers to optimize merchandising and presentation.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree with strong communication skills and a driven, enthusiastic mindset. Sales experience is encouraged but not required, with a competitive salary and robust benefits

Responsibilities

• Prospect new retailers from competing malls through active and persuasive communication and weekly travel.
• Negotiate licensing deals to provide centers with diverse product lines.
• Manage tenant items such as merchandising and visual presentation to meet performance standards.
• Understand and enforce all clauses of tenant licensing agreements.
• Analyze revenue, sales, budgets, marketing and deal reports, and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with leasing directors, mall managers and specialty leasing reps across the portfolio.

Job description

Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:

• Prospecting new retailers from competing malls through active and persuasive communication, including cold-calling and weekly travel
• Negotiating competitive licensing deals to provide shopping centers with a diverse mix of product lines
• Managing tenant operational items such as merchandizing and visual presentation in order to maintain strict performance standards of centers and their managers
• Understanding and enforcing all clauses and conditions of tenant licensing agreements
• Analyzing revenue, sales, budget, marketing, and deal reports, as well as keeping accurate and updated business records
• Coordinating information closely with retail leasing representatives, regional leasing directors, mall managers, and other specialty leasing representatives across the company portfolio

Qualifications- Candidates should possess:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications or equivalent education or experience
• Excellent written, organizational, and oral communication skills
• An enthusiastic and driven personality
• Previous sales experience is encouraged, not required
