Job summary

Option Care Health, the nation’s largest home infusion provider, seeks a Specialty Sales Representative to travel their territory promoting infusion services across multiple specialties. You will build in-person call plans, use CRM diligently, and grow referrals from physician offices.

You will collaborate with operations to ensure high satisfaction and adapt as therapies and call points evolve, with 2–5 years in healthcare sales and a valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with targeted physician offices and referral sources to increase patient referrals.
• Deliver persuasive and strategic sales presentations to physicians, staff, and stakeholders.
• Partner with clinical and administrative staff to promote infusion services.
• Execute daily face-to-face sales calls, maintaining activity levels per sales plan.
• Document all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure superior customer service and support patient onboarding.
