Job summary

Option Care Health in Florida is seeking a Specialty Sales Representative to promote our infusion capabilities across physician offices and ambulatory clinics. You will travel within your territory, build relationships with referral sources, and deliver persuasive presentations to providers and staff.

You will use our CRM to track activity, collaborate with operations, and ensure high customer satisfaction while expanding patient referrals.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in B2B or healthcare sales, with a proven ability to generate referrals and grow revenue.
• Experience in infusion center, specialty pharmacy, or related healthcare market.
• Experience using a CRM to track sales activity and customer engagement.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory 90% of the time.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with targeted physician offices and referral sources to increase patient referrals.
• Deliver persuasive and strategic sales presentations to physicians, office staff, and other key stakeholders.
• Partner with clinical and administrative staff to promote infusion services.
• Execute daily face-to-face sales calls, maintaining activity levels per the sales plan.
• Document all sales activities and customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure superior customer service and onboarding.
