Qualifications

• RN license required prior to hire.
• BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum 1 year acute care RN experience in ICU or ED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and outcomes.
• Monitor and interpret patient conditions in real-time and document precisely.
• Initiate and manage comprehensive discharge plans for safe hospital-to-home transition.
