Job summary

Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital is seeking an experienced RN for its Acute Care Float Pool on the day shift. You will provide nursing care across Medical/Surgical and Telemetry units, supporting admissions, discharges, and interdisciplinary rounds.

You’ll work with a broad range of clinical teams while remaining at a single hospital site. The role offers a limited-time sign-on bonus up to $50,000, relocation aid, tuition reimbursement, and a referral bonus.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in the state of employment.
• BSN in Nursing preferred.
• BLS certification required; ACLS unit dependent.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care across multiple units (Medical/Surgical, Telemetry).
• Support admissions, transfers, discharges, and patient education.
• Collaborate with physicians, care managers, therapists, and nursing teams.
• Participate in rounds and ensure safe, evidence-based care delivery.
• Remain within the hospital while earning float pool premium pay.
