Job summary

First Horizon Corporation is seeking a Credit Analyst to join the Specialty Finance team in Memphis, TN. The role involves analyzing, underwriting, and monitoring credit facilities within the portfolio, collaborating with PMs and RMs, and supporting deal structuring and risk assessment.

You will spread financial statements, perform advanced analyses, and interact with clients and leaders to address needs while learning the bank's underwriting policies and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field required.
• Exceptional educational background required; CFA or CPA candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Spread financial statements.
• Provide advanced analysis in assessing and evaluating current and new business opportunities.
• Interact with clients and LOB leaders through email, phone, field exams, and meetings.
• Project manage complex credit requests and analyses to completion.
• Attend credit meetings and present modifications and new-to-bank opportunities to internal credit partners.
