Job summary

Sierra Pacific Industries in Medford, Wisconsin, is seeking qualified Specialty Fabricators to operate moulders and related equipment in a busy windows division.

You will perform painting duties, maintain quality records, manage pretreatment chemicals, inventory parts, and keep a safe, clean work area while enjoying a competitive compensation package and benefits, including health plans, a 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• We look for applicants with recent, related work history and verifiable references.
• Familiarity with various species of wood and aluminum profiles.
• Ability to read tape measure and caliper as well as drawings to understand where coverage is required.
• All applicants must be at least age 18.

Responsibilities

• Setup and operate moulders and other machines as required for production.
• Perform painting duties in a safe and efficient manner; Clean and maintain powder coating equipment as appropriate.
• Maintain proper recordkeeping and quality control.
• Test and maintain proper chemical levels for pretreatment.
• Inventory nozzles and all parts.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
