Job summary

Allen County is seeking a dedicated Specialty Courts Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of three problem-solving courts within the Family Division. You will organize events, manage case flow, and coordinate data collection with social workers and program staff.

The role requires collaboration with judges, court staff, and external agencies, ensuring compliance with Indiana guidelines and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice or human services required.
• Master’s degree preferred in related field.
• Valid substance abuse assessment license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of 3 problem-solving courts within the Family Division.
• Plan events, meetings and trainings for the division.
• Coordinate case flow and data collection with staff.
• Prepare and submit quarterly progress reports; assist grant reporting.
